Implementation of the Publication of Public Welfare Statistics for 2023

North Lampung BPS attended the Coordination Meeting for the Preparation of Publication of Public Welfare Statistics for 2023, represented by 3 employees from the social statistics team. The event was opened by the Head of the Lampung Province BPS Social Statistics Team, Mrs. Febiyana Qomariyah, she explained the importance of this activity to coordinate the statistical indicators that will be presented as well as standardize the preparation of Public Welfare Statistics publications.

This activity was carried out for two days on 27-28 November 2023. On the first day, the activity was divided into 3 parts, namely a general explanation regarding the publication of People's Welfare Statistics, an update on publication guidelines, and processing of People's Welfare indicators.

Publication of People's Welfare Statistics presents statistics that are considered to adequately represent various fields and socio-economic conditions of society by taking into account the feasibility requirements for estimates at the district/city level. On the second day, namely November 28 2023, discussions were held regarding checking People's Welfare Statistics data, checking publication templates, and preparing Public Welfare Statistics publications.

It is hoped that with this activity, BPS can present Publication of People's Welfare Statistics in accordance with applicable regulations.
