Development of Room Occupancy Rate for Star-rated Hotels in Lampung Province in July 2019

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Lampung Province in July 2019 was recorded at 59.42 percent, up 3.32 points compared to the TPK of hotels in June 2019 which was recorded at 56.11 percent. When compared to the same month in 2018, the ROR of star-rated hotels rose by 0.92 points.

The number of guests during July 2019 who stayed at five-star hotels reached 56,711 people, consisting of 253 foreign guests and 56,458 domestic guests. This condition experienced an increase of 1,130 people (2.03 percent) compared to June 2019 which recorded 55,581 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in July 2019 was recorded at 1.48 days, up 0.02 days compared to the hotel RLMT in June 2019 which was recorded at 1.46 days.
