Development of Room Occupancy Rate for Star Hotels Lampung Province March 2022

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Lampung Province in March 2022 was recorded at 56.59 percent, an increase of 8.11 points compared to the TPK for hotels in February 2022 which was recorded at 48.48 percent. When compared to the same month in 2021, the ROR for five-star hotels increased by 12.61 points.

The number of guests during March 2022 who stayed at five-star hotels reached 70,757 people, consisting of 71 foreign guests and 70,686 domestic guests. This condition has increased by 20,472 people (40.71 percent) compared to February 2022 which was recorded at 50,285 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in March 2022 was recorded at 1.41 days, down 0.06 days compared to RLMT star hotels in February 2022 which was recorded at 1.47 days.
