Abstract

• Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) starred hotels in London during January 2017 reached the position of 57.19%, up 1.58 points compared to December 2016 recorded 55.61%. TPK-star hotel in January 2017 than in January 2016 recorded an increase of 49.97% to 7.22 points. TPK more accommodation in January 2017 recorded 45.15% lost 3.67 points compared to December 2016 which recorded 48.82%.
• The number of guests staying during January 2017 the hotel and other accommodation (combined) reached 118 363 people, consisting of 292 foreign guests and 118 071 domestic guests. These conditions increased by 6,438 votes (5.75%) compared to December 2016 recorded 111 925 people. The number of guests by types of hotels in star hotels during January 2017 as many as 22 641 people, consisting of 22 439 202 foreign guests and domestic guests. That number increased by 7,183 votes (46.47%) compared to December 2016 recorded 15 458 people. While the number of guests during the month of January 2017 more accommodation much as 95 722 people, consisting of 90 foreign visitors and 95 632 domestic guests or down as much as 745 people, or approximately 0.77% compared to December 2016 recorded 96 467 people.
• The average length of a stay in January 2017 on the condition of hotel days recorded at 1.79 up 0.07 days compared to December 2016, with the details of foreign guests and domestic guests of 2.63 days 1.78 days. While the average length of stay in hotels / other accommodation during January 2017 recorded 1.43 day up 0.19 days compared to the previous month, with details of foreign guests, 2.71 day
