Abstract

The hotel occupancy rate (TPK) for star-rated hotels in Lampung Province in April 2024 was recorded at 39.20 percent, up by 2.46 points compared to the TPK in March 2024, which was recorded at 36.74 percent. When compared to the same month in 2023, the occupancy rate of star-rated hotels decreased by 6.80 points.

The total number of guests during April 2024 who stayed in star-rated hotels reached 67,116 individuals, consisting of 372 foreign guests and 66,744 domestic guests. This indicates an increase of 12,117 individuals (22.03 percent) compared to March 2024, which recorded 54,999 individuals.

The average length of stay per guest (RLMT) in star-rated hotels in Lampung Province in April 2024 was recorded at 1.21 days, a decrease of 0.25 days compared to the RLMT in star-rated hotels in March 2024, which was recorded at 1.46 days.
