Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in Lampung Province in July 2024 was recorded at 46.82 percent, down 3.37 points compared to the hotel TPK in June 2024 which was recorded at 50.19 percent. When compared to the same month in 2023, the TPK of star-rated hotels decreased by 10.96 points.

The number of guests during July 2024 staying in star hotels reached 86,406 guests, consisting of 362 foreign guests and 86,044 domestic guests. This condition decreased by 2,716 guests (3.05 percent) compared to June 2024 which was recorded at 89,122 guests.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in July 2024 was recorded at 1.23 days, up 0.02 days compared to the RLMT of star hotels in June 2024 which was recorded at 1.21 days.
