Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Lampung Utara Regency 2023

The Data Needs Survey (Survei Kebutuhan Data or SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik or BPS) of North Lampung Regency to identify statistical data needs and consumer satisfaction levels regarding BPS data and services. In general, the objective of implementing the SKD in 2023 is to obtain evaluation feedback from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the SKD 2023 are presented in the form of a publication containing analyses of consumer characteristics, data needs, satisfaction with data quality, and performance of service units. This analysis is accompanied by the presentation of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (Indeks Kepuasan Konsumen or IKK), which depicts consumer satisfaction with services at the BPS PST of North Lampung Regency. The IKK value for the BPS PST of North Lampung Regency is 93.08.
