Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Data on KSA Results for Lampung Utara Regency 2023

On Tuesday, November 21 2023, at the Graha Wisata Hotel, BPS-Statistics of Lampung Utara Regency held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the 2023 Lampung Utara Regency KSA Results Data together with KSA field officers and other related Departments/Agencies/Institutions. This event was attended by the Chief Statistician of Lampung Utara Regency, Chief of Lampung Utara Regency Food Crops and Horticulture Service, Intermediate Expert Statistics and First Expert Statistics of BPS-Statistics of Lampung Province, Lampung Utara Regency KSA field supervisors and enumerators, as well as invitees from other stakeholders.

This FGD presented two experts, each from the BPS-Statistics and the Lampung Utara Regency Food Crops and Horticulture Service. In this FGD, it was explained that the agricultural sector is a potential sector that is the main driver of the economy of Lampung Utara Regency.

KSA is one of the providers of data related to agricultural conditions, especially rice and corn crops. The implementation of KSA aims to collect agricultural data and information on food crops in Lampung Utara Regency. The KSA approach can provide accurate and timely data and information to support national food security program planning. The result of this FGD is the establishment of coordination of all stakeholders in agricultural activities, especially food crops, to improve agricultural data for the progress of Lampung Utara Regency.
