Development of Room Occupancy Rate for Star-rated Hotels in Lampung Province in May 2019

Abstract

Starred Hotel Occupancy Rate (TPK) in Lampung Province in May 2019 was recorded at 49.63 percent, down 13.03 points compared to hotel TPK in April 2019 which was recorded at 62.67 percent. When compared with the same month in 2018, star-rated ROR of hotels fell by 0.18 points.

The number of guests during May 2019 who stayed in star-rated hotels reached 34,338 people, consisting of 118 foreign guests and 34,220 domestic guests. This condition has decreased by 16,220 people (32.08 percent) compared to April 2019 which recorded 50,558 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) in star hotels in Lampung Province in May 2019 was 1.79 days, up 0.13 points compared to the hotel RLMT in April 2019 which was recorded at 1.66 days.
