Development of Room Occupancy Rate for Star-rated Hotels in Lampung Province in August 2019

Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Lampung Province in August 2019 recorded 60.96 percent, up 1.54 points compared to the TPK of hotels in July 2019 which was recorded at 59.42 percent. When compared to the same month in 2018, the ROR of star-rated hotels fell by 1.58 points.

The number of guests during August 2019 who stayed at five-star hotels reached 55,670 people, consisting of 176 foreign guests and 55,494 domestic guests. This condition has decreased by 1,041 people (1.84 percent) compared to July 2019 which recorded 56,711 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in August 2019 was recorded at 1.57 days, up 0.09 days compared to the hotel RLMT in July 2019 which was recorded at 1.48 days.
