Development of Room Occupancy Rate for Star-rated Hotels in Lampung Province in October 2019

Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Lampung Province in October 2019 was recorded 62.99 percent, down 1.25 points compared to the TPK of hotels in September 2019 which was recorded at 64.24 percent. When compared to the same month in 2018, the ROR of star-rated hotels fell by 4.30 points.

The number of guests during October 2019 who stayed at five-star hotels reached 56,347 people, consisting of 279 foreign guests and 56,068 domestic guests. This condition decreased by 938 people (1.64 percent) compared to September 2019 which recorded 57,285 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in October 2019 was recorded at 1.59 days, up 0.01 days compared to the hotel RLMT in September 2019 which was recorded at 1.58 days.
