Development of Room Occupancy Rate for Star-rated Hotels in Lampung Province in November 2019

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Lampung Province in November 2019 was recorded at 67.43 percent, up 4.44 points compared to the TPK of hotels in October 2019 which was recorded at 62.99 percent. When compared to the same month in 2018, the ROR of star-rated hotels fell by 1.25 points.

The number of guests during November 2019 who stayed at five-star hotels reached 59,545 people, consisting of 103 foreign guests and 59,442 domestic guests. This condition experienced an increase of 3,198 people (5.68 percent) compared to October 2019 which recorded 56,347 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in November 2019 was recorded at 1.57 days, down 0.02 days compared to the hotel RLMT in October 2019 which was recorded at 1.59 days.
