Analysis of the Data Needs Survey for Lampung Utara Regency 2020

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS-Statistics (BPS) of Lampung Utara Regency to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents at SKD 2020 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letters, websites, and online statistical services. In general, the implementation of SKD 2020 is an evaluation of evaluation materials from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. SKD 2020 results are presented in the form of publications containing consumer analysis, data needs analysis, quality data satisfaction analysis, and service unit performance analysis. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of analysis for the 2020 SKD results is the PST BPS Lampung Utara Regency. The SKD results show that consumers in the BPS PST Lampung Utara Regency are dominated by consumers who come from PNS / TNI / Polri. In general, consumers are satisfied with the data obtained from the BPS data provider for Lampung Utara Regency. Consumer satisfaction with services at PST BPS Lampung Utara Regency is illustrated through the IKK. The IKK PST value of BPS Lampung Utara Regency is 86.31.
