Analysis of the Data Needs Survey for Lampung Utara Regency 2021

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by Statistics (BPS) of Lampung Utara Regency to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in the 2021 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter , websites, and online statistical services. In general, the purpose of implementing the 2021 SKD is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2021 SKD are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is equipped with a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of the analysis of the results of the 2021 SKD is the PST BPS Lampung Utara Regency. The results of the SKD show that consumers in PST BPS Lampung Utara Regency are dominated by consumers who come from PNS/TNI/Polri. In general, consumers are satisfied with the data obtained from the BPS data provider for Lampung Utara Regency. Consumer satisfaction with services at PST BPS Lampung Utara Regency is described through the IKK. The value of IKK PST BPS Lampung Utara Regency is 88.91.
