Analysis of the Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Lampung Utara Regency 2022

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Lampung Regency to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2022 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. SKD 2022 results are presented in the form of a publication which contains an analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) which describes consumer satisfaction with services at PST BPS North Lampung Regency. The value of IKK PST BPS North Lampung Regency is 89.64.
