Analysis of The Results of The Data Necesity Survey BPS-Statistics of Lampung Utara Regency 2024

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Lampung Regency to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. In general, the purpose of implementing the 2024 SKD is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers to support the improvement of the quality of statistical data and information. The results of the 2024 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing an analysis of consumer characteristics, data needs analysis, data quality satisfaction analysis, and service unit performance analysis. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) which describes consumer satisfaction with services at the PST BPS of North Lampung Regency. The IKK value of the PST BPS of North Lampung Regency is 94.
